This page is updated when I damn well feel like it, and not before. These pages are a creation of my own heart and spirit, and therefore will not be bent or molded to any force outside myself. I am not getting paid for this, nor do I wish pay. This is fun, and when it ceases to be fun...well, then you can take a tour of Hell with me.

Update 13 June, 1999: Ok, you've probably wondered where I've been. I've been working on this other site, This is How It's Meant to Be, (http://thrill.to/howit'smeanttobe) with a friend of mine, Rae. It now has all my Willow/Xander fic, as well as a lot of Rae's, and a bunch of other Willow/Xander fic and other fun stuff. It's much more up-to-date ficwise than this site. On the good side, I feel like I have more free energy, so I have managed to change the quote, and may actually manage to update this site with some new content! At least I changed the Quote.

Update 16 April, 1999: Changed the Quote of the Eternal Moment. Moved the site announcer on the updates page to a more visible location.

Update 13 April, 1999: Added chapters 8-11 of 'Prince Charming, Contrapositive.' Added the new fic 'Je T'Aime.' I really -don't- want my French improved, actually. All I wanted to do was read 'Le Chanson de Rolandz' in the original French, and maybe some of Victor Hugo's stuff....but nooooo!!! I get razzed on how bad my French is. Well, just for that, I'm not speaking in French again. Ever. Added the fic 'No Such Thing as Hell.' Started adding the parts of 'Questions and Answers.'

Update 16 March, 1999: Won Terry Yi Shen's Golden Feather award for sites focusing on fanfic. Added two new fics, 'A Family Affair' and 'No Such Thing as Heroes.'

Update 13 March, 1999: Revised the 'My Attempt to Figure Out Relationships' Page, adding three more sections, adding on-page links, and new formatting. Added 'The Sabaki Method and San Te' to Various Essays on the Martial Arts and Mysticism page. Moved Dragon's Dreams to a separate page; added conlang, psycholinguistic, and other linguistic links; added free rpg links. Added a few META tags. Added Success Made Simple page, complete with links. Added new section, Trying to Make Sense of It All; contains the relationship and success pages. Revised the Deathpage to reflect new hierarchy.

Update 12 March, 1999: Added QuickNav to Java index (Mon Ta') and new quote on front page. Hopefully I can add my new META tags and add some of my RPG mechanics to the 'Dragon's Dreams' section tomorrow. Added iSyndicate News page link on Mon Ta'. Added the 'Crush' tune to the Relationships page.

Update 2 March, 1999: Added the fics 'Walk', 'Pictures of You', 'Penance', and 'Mercy' to the fanfic section. 'Pictures of You' WON Pixie's fanfic award! Added parts 5-7 of 'Prince Charming, Contrapositive.' Revised 'Not Quite What You Expected.' Re-uploaded everything back around Valentine's Day (Cupid's Day) because of FC's disk crash. Added a 'Catastrophe' page to celebrate it. Also posted a quote from '1984' on the entrance page. Submitted the 'Martial Arts and Mysticism' page to the Dragon's List.

Update 3 February,1999: Added a new fanfic, 'Prince Charming, Contrapositive' to the Tortured Writers section. It's a 'Gone' sequel. Prologue and Chapters 1-4 complete, but I feel they can be revised eventually. Added a Recommend-It button to the index page. Added 'How to Find Your Own Voice' to the Writing Resources section, in the 'How to Write' page. Finally re-added the Writing Awards page, after I relented and put up a new, public domain image of the Dragonsword for the Damn Good Writer prize. But now I have to re-email all the winners...*sigh*

Update 29 January,1999: Finished 'We're Doomed.' Revised Mysticism and Martial Arts section to a separate page. Added Jin generation articles, Various Essays, and Parables for the Unawares to Mysticism & Martial Arts.  Also added two martial arts links pages, one big and one small. Revised the library, removed the distracting background, added all my Buffy fanfic (well most of it.)

Update 18 January,1999: Officially moved to Fortuncity. Linked fast and slow entrances to Eternal Change from one main index. Updated WebAlias so it points to new Fortuncity site. Added five parts of a new Willow and Xander story, 'We're Doomed', to the fanfic section of 'Just For Us Tortured Writers.'

Update 15 January, 1999: Moving to Fortuncity. Revised frontpage and other pages to conform with FC standards. Added link to the Deathpage (no-Java backdoor.) Added two articles to the Mysticism and Martial Arts section. Added a neat feature on the Tortured Writers page -- unfortunately, I can't see it, nor can anyone else using a Mac. Checked my guestbook. No messages.

Update 28 December,1998: Added the 'Just For Us Tortured Writers' fast-loading page. Revised it, added more fanfics to it, added more research links to it, plus a shameless ploy for music. The 'Ode to Joy' MIDI file is working on and off again.

Update 15 December,1998: Added the whole Writer's Resources section. Trimmed and revised the front page, Mon ta'Palaskar Ae'Wo'U.

Update 20 November,1998:The library works. I don't know why, suspect it was the javascript/fancy html. Moved othello to the rec room. Cleaned up the homepage for faster loading. Added site submission page. Added Writing Awards page. Cleaned up library.

Update 13 November,1998:The library is broken. I figured out how to play MIDI files, finally. Added a couple of BtVS fanfics. Added a few parables. Revised the depression page somewhat. Various enhancements to the front page.
